Application to pathway cross talks (PCT)
- Brief description: This application is part of Death-domain
resource. Different pathways may share the common components.
Alternatively, the components of different pathways may itnteract with
each other. As a result, pathways may have cross talks. It's easy to
identify those relations from existing information. However, one
important criteria to verify the cross talk relation in silico is
to make sure these two pathways are expressed in the same tissue. The
electronic profiler can be used to checked the tissue expression. (meeting
